Cousin Itt was played by two different actors, Felix Silla and Anthony Magro, during the run of the original series in the 1960s. John Franklin played the part in the movies made in the 1990s.
On the 1960's Addams Family tv series, Itt was played by an actor named Felix Silla. In the movies, Itt was portrayed by John Franklin and Phil Fondacaro. No robots!
