Nvidia makes a GeForce 7900, perhaps checking the Nvidia website would confirm that. In addition, you could check the device manager under MyComputer to find out the type of card your computer contains.

the number "7900" refers to GeForce 7900, a video chip made by NVidia. it does not neccesarly mean that NVida made the card, a lot of manufacturers like XFX, ega, diamond, pyn etc use this chip with their products. Usually installing the NVidia reference driver is enough to use this card under MS Windows.
