Who makes all the Hawaiian leis?

Yes, they are made in various places. A true lei would be made in Hawaii though. There is money to be made so a lot are produced in Asian countries.

The Hawaiian leis you find in stores around the United States are not actual lies. They are basically replicas of real Hawaiian leis. Real leis are made in Hawaii by real Hawaiians (not Chinamen) and are produced from real Hawaiian flowers, usually Hibiscus flowers. Only leis made by real Hawaiians are true Hawaiian leis.
