Ronald Reagan was the best president. His tough stance on the Soviet Union eventually led to the end of tense relations throughout the Cold War. He helped the country through his economic "Reaganomics" which cut taxes, reduced spending, reduced government regulation, and reduced inflation. Although I was born in 1986, I wish I had the chance to vote for him.

My favorite president is Bill Clinton. He is the first president that I was old enough to follow in detail. He has an unmistakeable charm. Additionally, I agree with much more of his politics than I have with any other president in my lifetime. Lastly, his administration saw a time of peace and economic prosperity we may never see again.

FDR is my favorite. Many good things came of his multi-term presidency such as the New Deal, and various governmental agencies designed to help the economy.

My favorite President is Ronald Reagan. He brought us out of the economic stagflation of Carter, he ended the Soviet Union without any nuclear weapons changing hands, expanded freedom into South and Central America, and ushered in the longest peacetime expansion of the past 40 years. He managed to establish peace on a world at brink of war.
