Kyogre can be descirbed as the "God of the Sea" in the pokemon world.It possesses the ability to expand the sea, but in doing so it came into conlict with the "God of the Land" of the pokemon ancient times,after an epic battle, both of these pokemon were sealed away. Kyogre has the ability "drizzle" in the pokemon games.

Kyogre - the Sea Basin Pokemon. Kyogre is a water type legendary Pokemon. It looks kind of like a whale. It does not evolve. Some of its possible moves are Water Pulse, Ice Beam and Hydro Pump.

The pokemon Kyogre is a legendary sea basin pokemon. It lookes like a blue whale with red line markings. Kyogre was a prime pokemon in the movie Pokemon Rangers and the Temple of the Sea, and Kyogre is the mascot of the ds pokemon sapphire game. Its reverse legendary enemy is Groudon.

Kyogre is a water Pokemon, #198 in the Pokedex. He has the ability to control rainy weather and the oceans. Most likely, he's based off the mythological creature Leviathan.

This Water Type Pokemon is believed to have created the ocean,it belongs to the species Sea Basin Pokemon.Kyogre does not evole and can be seen in the Anime episodes 272-273.
