Online banking security is usually not very secure, but Bank of America and Wells Fargo has reported fewer phishing and botnet attacks than other banks, so they are slightly safer.

You should change your password to your online accounts every month, and they should all have different passwords. Also, make sure you log out of your accounts instead of just leaving the website or closing the browser. You should also make sure you have a working anti-virus program.

Their is always no sure safe security online, even with banks. But they do vary in all sorts. For Bank Of America to Paypal online. You would have to do your research and find what works best for you. Always look for Symbols like the BBB certified.

In the United States the banks that have the best online security are Bank of America and Citibank. Each of these companies have invested heavily into their online security systems.

Bank of America I feel has the best online security. Not only do you need to enter your account umber and password but they also use a symbol which has a password attached to it. This is my favorite form of security.

I have used Bank of America's online checking and have always felt very secure. They have several steps of security verification that make me feel like it would be difficult to hack into my account.

Bank of America and Wachovia are well known and reputable banks that provide excellent security for anyone's banking needs. They also will credit back your money if there is any fraudulent activity done on your account that you did not authorize. Both allow you to view your statements online or via mail.
