Who can I ask questions to about dating a Catholic guy?

You can always call a church or rectory and ask a priest when you could stop and talk to him. Tell him on the phone what you want to know and he will talk to you either by telephone or an appointment. You could also ask online because there is many answers to such questions on catholic websites.

You can ask your parents or his parents, a priest, or your pastor. If you have other friends or acquaintances who are Catholic, talk to them too.

Unless you still need your parents' permission to date someone, you should only ask the person you are interested in. I consider myself being a little more open minded in a way that religion should not be an issue anymore when it comes to expressing your feelings.
