Who are the only presidents to have children while in office?

Two American presidents have had children born while in office, but only one had a child born in the White House- Grover Cleveland. Cleveland's daughter Esther was born in 1893, and John F. Kennedy's son Patrick Bouvier in 1963, but at Otis Air Force Base Hospital due to health problems.

Patrick Kennedy was born while his father was President. Additionally, Grover Cleveland's second daughter was born while Cleveland was serving office.

My best guess would be Grover Cleveland; he got married as President, so I think it's reasonable that his wife must have given birth while in office.
