The best James Bond baddies are as follows, Dr. No, Goldfinger, Ernst Stavro Blofeld, Francisco Scaramanga the man with golden gun, Jaws; who can forget him, Maxwell Zorrin, Elektra King and the whole of The Specter Organization!

The best James Bond villian was Elektra King, only because she was SOOOO hot! Alec Trevelyan was also one of the best, but only because of the way he dies. Having the radar dish fall on him was over the top.

the best bad guy to James Bond is Le Chiffre because he is just creepy and he never gives up. He is backstabbing and finds ways to hurt James personally rather than just in a general sense. I would also say that Mr. Big, Auric Goldfinger, and Milton Krest are also really bad.

My personal favorite James Bond villians are Goldfinger and the terrorist money man in the latest Casino Royale. Goldfinger was so cold blooded in the scene when he had James Bond being split by a laser. The terrorist money man had that very dramatic scene when he was torturing Bond to get the password for the money.
