Who are the best gastroenterologists in the United States?

You may find this hard to stomach, but all the best gastroenterologists are in the big teaching centers. The best in NY is Mt Sinai, with the best known GI docs in tons of specialties. Also Vanderbilt (Tennesse) and the Mayo Clinc all possess top staff. Sinai is still tops!
