Which type of soup has more nutritional value, a vegetable soup or a cold uncooked soup like gazpacho? Why?

The nutritional value will depend on a number of factors beyond whether the soup is cooked or raw. First, some vegetables' nutrients are better absorbed after cooking. In addition, the nutritional value of a soup really is based on what other ingredients are in the soup (e.g. lentils or beans).

A vegetable soup,definitely, has more nutritional value because vegetable gives us nutrition which includes fibers,vitamins etc.Uncooked cold soups are not as healthy as compared to a highly nutrient vegetable soup.
