Which is better brick or stucco?

My opinion, brick is much better because most houses built with brick have a footing where the brick sets. Also brick does not crack like stucco does sometimes.

This is a matter of taste. Brick has a nice appearance, but is more difficult to build. Stucco is easier to build and maintain, and will take a coat of paint nicely. If you live in an area that is prone to earthquakes, brick may not be a good option as it is less stable.

Brick is a better insulator, it looks better, and needs less maintenance. It will also last longer than stucco. Brick is the superior product.

I would say brick is way better. I think it looks much better but also it requires less maintenance. Stucco also has a possibility of de-laminating (falling off) over time. Brink however is very sturdy and durable.

I prefer brick to stucco because stucco can break fairly easily and is hard to repair. Brick is easier to work with, is a better insulator,and is easy to repair.

Stucco is better than brick because it is more durable and it can be applied in much less time. Foundations alway settle causing exterior finishes to crack. Cracks in stucco are easily repaired.
