Which is better: automatic gear or manual gear?

It depends on who is driving the vehicle. They both have thier ups and downs. I like the automatic if you do a lot of driving in the city. The stick is great on gas if you know how to drive it. The automatic you can pay more attention to the road where as the stick it is harder.

It depends of personal preference mostly. Manual shift typically has less problems and are cheaper to fix/replace. Automatics, though, would be preferred if your in a lot of stop/go traffic.

Different people have different opinions. Most people just choose a automatic because they don't like to shift. Aggressive drivers and automotive enthusiast always go for manuals. They have less parts to fail typically, are lighter, and give you much more control over the car.
