Which is a better decade, the 80s or the 90s?

I would say that the '80 was better. I guess my answer is a little subjective because i am from Serbia and during the '90 we were in the middle of war so personally i am not a big fan of the '90. Also, i was born in the year 1984 :).

Growing up in both decades. I've noticed that the only people that actually liked the 80's grew up in the 80's. My personal opinion is everything was bad about the 80's. The fashion was horrible. The music was horrible. The movies were horrible. Even Television shows were horrible.

I think that the 90s were better than the 80s. I think the music scene began to expand to a more broader range than in the 80s and more technology had started to advance as well. I also like the way the clothing styles have changed from the 80s into the 90s.
