He had wounds on His head from the crown of thorns. He had wounds from nails in His hands and feet. His side was pierced with a lance.

The Catholic Church teaches that five Holy wounds were suffered during crucifiction: two in each hand or wrist and foot (from nails) and one in the side from a lance.
