To buy rare console games, a good place to first look would be Ebay. Another idea would be to go gaming specialty websites and post a message asking if anyone has one they are interesting in selling or look to see if anyone is advertising one.

Depends on what you mean by "rare" console games. If you're looking for say Nintendo or Super Nintendo games. I'd just go to eBay. com. If you're looking for PSone or newer amazon. com is actually a great place to buy them.

eBay is a great source for rare games, but unfortunately sellers usually know what their games are worth. If you have time, checking local stores for the games you want can sometimes yield valuable games marked down and mixed with more common titles.
