I have bought them before from used game stores and they work fine. Those stores usually check them out before selling. I don't so much trust them from online.

I buy used games at Gamespot despite it being horrible there. Gamespot simply has taken over due to some really evil practices and praying on ignorances of consumers. So unfortunately there isn't alot of options because of their takeover. If you can find a EB Games store they are better than gamespot. Play-N-Trade is a raising retailer of used games.

Used video games are cheaper than new video games. Sometimes a person sells their video game right away and i has only a few hours of game play on it. The vast majority of used games will run. Cheaper price really is the only reason to buy them and you can sell it back most of the time.

Yes, but only after checking for any major scratches or other damages. And if the seller is honest they should allow you to test the game on their system.
