Where is the m.a.p. sensor location for a Chevrolet?

The manifold absolute pressure sensor or (MAP) sensor is likely located between the air filter housing and the intake manifold. Look for a box near the front of the vehicle, follow the intake tube and the sensor will be located there.

Depending on the models the manifold absolute pressure sensor could be located in several different places in the engine compartment. Some map sensors are located on the intake or firewall.

Not knowing what year or model Chevrolet it is hard to say. However it is probably either located with the maf sensor or somewhere else in the intake plenum.

most all map sensors are located on the rubber hose that comes from your air box the the uper intake manifold

a MAP sensor is usually located right behind the air cleaner box. it is located on the pipe that is coming out of the air cleaner
