Where is the horn relay located on my Toyota 4Runner?

It's going to be located under your steering wheel, in the dash, near the fuse box. It's clearly labeled, just crawl under there with a set of Allen wrenches and you're all set.

The horn relay can usually be found in the fuse box in the engine bay of your car (however sometimes fuse boxes are in alternative locations such as under the steering wheel or under the glovebox). You can determine which is the correct relay by using the diagram on the cover of the fuse box.

Disconnect the battery cables. Depending on the year of your vehicle, it will be located with the fuse box, or the engine compartment by the horn itself. Website's are the key to look up wiring diagrams. Also your auto part store should be able to help you locate it.

The horn relay is located in the dashboard. To find specifically where, you should look in the truck's manual. Othewise look it up online with the year of the vehicle.
