It depends where you live, a lot of Music repair chains are regional. If you are in the Pacific Northwest, Kennelly Keys has several locations that repair instruments of all types. They are very good. Also, Mills Music has multiple locations that will repair instruments in the state of Washington.

Look in your local yellowpages for music repair shops that specialize in trumpets and instruments. If you don't have any, there are shops online that would accept shipments for repair but they often cost a lot. Depending on the damage, it may be more cost efficient to get a new trumpet.

The closest music shop possible. If possible, search on the internet and find out what is wrong with your trumpet and try to repair it yourself. Contact the Penn company if needed. Take it to a school if all else fails and have the music teacher take a look at it.
