Where is the Arc de Triomphe?

The Arc de Triomphe stands at one end of the Champs Elysees in Paris and was built to honor those who have fought for France. It was commissioned in 1806 by the Emperor Napoleon to honor those who fought in the Napoleonic Wars. Below the arch there is also the Tomb of the Unknown soldier, dedicated after World War I.

Its located in Paris, France. Its a monument to French soldiers who fought in wars since the Napoleonic Wars. Beneath it is France's "Tomb of the Unknown Soldier" from WWI.
