I have seen on occassion adult plastic pants at Wal Mart in the personal goods. You should be able to also buy them at the drug store. Many cities have health supply outlet stores where these can be bought.

You can buy them at your local mall. There is a store called Spencer's. They sell many crazy and over the top items there.

Hot topic or even spencers will probably sell these pants. They are hard to come by these days due to that the era of plastic pants is long gone. Try searching online to see where they are sold. You can even try looking in amazon or ebay for a pair.
