This is a funny little piece of music trivia. It actually comes from one of Jimi Hendrix's songs, titled Purple Haze. Many people have misheard the lyrics, what Hendrix is actually saying is "Excuse my while I kiss the sky".
This might be a reference to the rampant drug use during the 70's.
