Depends where you are in the relationship. At the start the guy is excited about the close contact and the feel of the lips... we like it. 10 years into a relationship kissing is a way to bond with our mate and have a feeling of security.... makes us feel close.

i feel a close intimancy. a feeling of its only us. We have noticed sometimes we leave the kissing for after lovemaking so we changed that. it leaves me with a "guess whats next sexy wife" we have been married awhile and she knows about sex and love

We probably feel the same way you do. When it's with someone we are really into, the hair on the back of our necks stad up, it's that good. Sometimes we even get goosebumps. This might sound weird, but it's true, a lot of guys just don't like to admit it because it makes us sound a bit like girls.
