Dick Blick has anything and everything you could need. Since this is a childs party I would suggest buying tempera paints and other water soluble pigments. You should also get cheap paper and some kind of drop cloth to protect your floor.
Dollar Tree has a varying assortment of supplies such as crayons,paints and construction paper.Other places you should look are Big Lots,Party City,and Michael's.After every holiday the latter have sales.
