Brake line benders can be purchased at auto supply stores, some department stores, or definitely online. You can even get cheaper used ones via salvage yards. Many salvage yards also have inventories registered with a nationwide network of salvage yards, allowing you to find a part online, then order it.

Some local automotive stores like Autozone, Advance, or Napa may sell them. They are easy to find online. There are many site that sell tool and Amazon also sells them. Eastwood restoration parts sells them on their website as well as in their printed catalog. The same goes for Speedway Motors.
