What color should I use for lining blue eyes?

A light brownish-gold liner usually looks very nice with blue eyes. Or, if you are more adventurous you could try a purple shade that will make the color pop, but generally I tend to stick with a shimmery brown/bronze and then use colors in that corresponding color family on the lid and crease.

Blue eyes are gorgeous! I have them too. The main color recommended for lining blue eyes is dark chocolate brown. It will bring out the blue. Almay has an eyeliner made specifically for blue eyes.

To enhance the blue in your eyes even more, line them with a shade of blue darker than your eye color. Other agreeable colors are taupe, gray, and shades of purple.

Surprisingly the best color for blue eyes is brown. Using a dark brown eyeliner start at the outer edge of your top eyelid and go almost all the way to the center. On the bottom, stare straight into the mirror and bring the eyeliner to the center of your pupil.

Blue eyes look good with any shade of blue, which will bring out the color of your eyes. Black is a bit dark, but brown also looks good.
