Where can I learn how to control unruly children?

You can ask your pediatrician. A counselor would be a great person to talk with. They have experience in why a child is unruly.

It really depends on what you mean by unruly. If they are acting out because you are not the primary parent or if they never had rules that keep them in line. Start by a list a rules that are the house rules. Remind them that they are in your home and need to respect those rules.
