Look in your local sewing or fabric store, as well as craft stores. If you have no luck there, you could purchase some online through various sites that offer monk's cloth. I'm sure you'd even find it on sites such as eBay and possibly even in department stores, if they're big enough.

well finding a monk's cloth is not easy but i am pretty sure you can find the fabric in a store near you or find a tailor to make it for you , try party city store too
