Check your local government agencies to see about the WIC program; ask your pediatrician for resources that they can direct you to; contact formula companies directly for coupons/samples. And if you need help breastfeeding (it's free), google La Leche League for free help, or your hospital for a lactation consultant.

If you qualify you should apply for WIC assistance (Women Infants and Children) with which you will receive vouchers to buy baby formula and other necessities.
