Any song you sing to your child is free, but if you are looking for inspiration you can Google lullabies. Probably a good start is Brahms' Lullaby.

Some classics are "The Itsy Bitsy Spider," "You Are My Sunshine, "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star," and "How Much Is That Doggy in the Window?" Anything by Raffi is good, too.

Most of these songs are folk songs, but a list of them would be twinkle twinkle little star, the alphabet song, old macdonald, moon river, rockabyebaby, hot cross buns, and what do you do with a drunken sailor.

Not only are these baby songs but these are educational to teach your baby: Days of the Week, Counting and Numbers, and Rain Rain Go Away.
