Have you tried contacting Urban Outfitter directly? They carry a large selection of the Manic Panic products, from the temp hair color to the extensions. You can also try doing an online search for your area to see if any store close by sell the products. Either way, you will be able to purchase them yourself.

Try the Manic Panic website, they might have a list of salons that carry their products. You can buy them on eBay and them them in to a salon yourself, or even call the salons and ask them directly.
