Well you can find them virtually anywhere. If you have a ROSS store located near you, just go there and then you can treat them yourself. If you want to find some in bulk, I would try ebay or any other wicker store that is online. Thus, you should be good to go.

The best place to find untreated wicker baskets is in the source where these are manufactured. Usually in some asian countries like in the Philippines where the natural material for it is found. The rattan plant. The country is exporting such kind of baskets.

Type "Living History Sutlers" into Google. Many of these businesses sell untreated wicker baskets to reenactors and living history presenters. Call first to double-check where they get their baskets, though.
