Beyond the traditional baby stores, look at home decorating stores, gift shops and import stores. Many of those sell animal figurines. Buy two of each and you're on your way.

You can make your own stencils out of a piece of thin cardboard, simply draw and cut if you are artistically inclined or you can look for wall stencils online or in your local arts and crafts store, they may also have wall decals as well.

If you have a burlington coat factory near you they have a baby section called baby depot. I have seen tons of noas ark themed decorations there and they have great prices too.
