1) Any decent music store should have it. 2) Do a google search on "fur elise sheet music" and you will find something printable in a format you like on the very first page.

Fur Elise is a very common theme and can be found most anywhere online. You may find midi files or pdf files, or the like to find the notes to this classic piece of music. You must also have a piano to play the music on, but I suppose that you knew that already. Good day.
