First and for-most the best place is to find a back yard mechanic off Craigs list. If you don't want to go that route check phone book for a mom and pop shop. The price should run about 500 from a small shop. A large shop will be around double that.

I would recommend going to a local car parts store such as Pep Boys or NTB. These belts are relatively inexpensive to purchase. You should replace all engine belts at the same time, typically after one hundred thousands miles. This belt should cost under one hundred dollars. The installation will be time consuming if you are not a professional mechanic.
