You need to locate the tensioner pulley. Using a socket wrench, pry on the bolt in the center of the tensioner pulley to aleviate the tension on the belt and remove the belt. To install the new one do the same thing, making sure the belt is installed the same as the old one was.

It's a pretty strait forward process although a messy and greasy one. You'll need the proper sized belt which can be purchased from any autoplace. Get a rag.

Use a serpentine belt tool or a 3/8 or 3/4 ratchet and attach it to the tensioner pully. Turn the tensioner and the belt will loosen. Replace belt and tighten.

You'll have to find the tensioner pulley in which you'll need a socket wrench and pry on bolt in center on the tensioner pulley that aleviates tension on belt. To get belt off. To put new one reverse instructions from how you took it off the first time. Consult a professional mechanic if you don't know how to fix it.

Remove the lock nut. Loosen the adjustment bolt by turning counter clockwise to remove the belt. Install the new belt and make the belt seated correctly. Tighten the lock nut.

You tube has a video that has more information than you can get on here. Nissans are more complicated and all this information is for the common car. Check it out, just type in the you tube search engine, "Nissan Sentra Serpentine belt".

You need to loosen the tightening pulleys so that there becomes more slack in the belt. You are then able to slide the belt off and replace it. Once this is done, retighten the tensioner pulleys
