Where can I find tall red fescue grass seed?

Convince your friends with this type of grass to not mow their yards until it creates seeds, it will be very tall and look like wheat stalks. Collect the seeds by hand from one stalk at a time and put them into a container which air can flow into. Or google grass seed and buy some from an online store.

You can go to any greenhouse and get it and if they don't have it in stock they will be able to order it for you.

A local nursery or a rural hardware that specializes in seed are the best bets for red fescue grass seed that is top quality, but many box stores like Sam's, Home Depot or Walmart have small garden sections where grass seed is most likely available. The internet is growing source of materials for outdoor landscaping as well.

Amazon and Seedland both carry the red fescue seed, as does Ace Hardware but I recommend doing research if you haven't already. It can be a little tricky to maintain.

These are generelaly not hard to find, I have some growing right now. Try your local hardware store, if they do not have seeds then a nursery in your area should have them if by chance they dont you can find them online
