Where can I find replacement heads for Norelco razors?

You may have luck on some of the online auction sites. I think going to Norelco's site would be a good choice. You may be able to order from them. There probably is a toll free number you could call them and they may have a list of where to purchase the heads.

Although my model has been out of production for more than 25 years, I still buy replacement heads at Wal-Mart most of the time. Sometimes I'll have to check other stores like K-mart or Sears but have recently seen replacement heads for sale at Walgreens and Rite Aid Drug stores.

The best way is to do a search on google or yahoo for the model number of your razor and shop that way. Also, go to norelco website.
