You should be able to just substitute stevia for the sugar in a traditional recipe. Look on the stevia package for a conversion from sugar amounts to stevia.
The best thing to do is to e-mail Stevia and ask them if they have a recipe. They can tell you how much stevia to use. They have many recipes on their site.
If you look for Low Carb Recipes you will find many recipes that use Stevia. Low carbers do not advocate the use of sugar in recipes and Stevia is a natural substitute.
