Your local hardware store will have those glass blocks that are semi opaque that are often used in bathrooms. They are sold singly or by a load, and the hardware store will also have the materials you sill need to stack and bind them properly so that they hold up in humidity.

You local hardware store should have them also if you have a store in your area that sells cement and cement blocks they usually carrie the glass blocks or can tell you where to get them. Flooing store have them somtimes for doing showers.

You can normally find it through your local big box retail store such as Lowes or home depot. You can also find it through places that sell windows since glass block can be used as a window as well.

These are found at any home store. But before you try to do this yourself. Read up on it. I may be better to have a professional do this. You will also need a vent in the window. That's the city code. It's not that expensive and worth the cost.
