You should be able to find glass shower wall gaskets at your local hardware store. If not, online stores such as artistcraft sell a wide variety you can choose from.
Most hardware stores such as Lowe's or Home Depot will have these. When you get to one of them just ask for someone from the bathroom fixtures department to help you locate the one that you need.
