I would try searching the internet or asking at your local craft store. If you know weavers or a place that teaches craft classes in your area, ask there.

A loom can be made from materials such as plywood. There are directions to be found many places on the Internet as well as in books. Do a search or try your local library. It is also possible that there are classes available in your area, check with craft stores or community centers.

There are a variety of website that can give you information on making homemake looms. I would google homemade looms. Make sure that the loom you are making can fit in the room. I have a rag rug loom and it just fits in my spare room that is 8x10.
