Any web browser with a flash plugin installed will let you play SWFs from your local file storage. Just copy the file from your browser cache for later use.

Here are a few tricks you can try: Drag the file to your browser even offline. The file might still work. If not, look for a program called SWFter.

There are numerous players available on the internet. If you search SWF player you will get tons of hits for swf players. Most come up with a trial offer that lets you try the player for a period of time. If you like the player you can purchase a license if not you just delete it and try another program.
