Well you can find 1 oz cups at a baking and candy shop. They have all sorts of sizes. Or if you know how much the conversion is then you can just put that much proportion in place. You can buy them on Wilton as well online for a good price.

depends on the use. Measuring- Bed Bath and Beyond. Display or packaging- Craft Stores are good places to find them.
