If you are looking for a specific paper, from a specific company, for a specific date, most newspapers keep their archives on microfiche.

One can buy old newspapers in the newspaper printing company where they store the extra printed newspapers and too it can be bought from any friends who have an habit of collecting old newspapers.If it is for reference,one can get it from a local library.One month or two month can be bought from the old paper shop.

You can find it at the trash. Haha, just joking :| Well, ask for it at some stores. Sometimes the sellers have old newspaper that they did not sell when they were new, ant they will be happy to sell it for you. You you can just ask for someone to lend it to you.
