Amazon will sell Tamil books and you should be able to get one from anywhere on the internet, it largely depends on whether you want a transliterated version or not, generally you will find them sri lanka. You can probably also order them at your local library for delivery to your area.

Tamil books can be purchased from a number of different web sites, there are many sites which specialise in Tamil books and a number of blogs give links to these sites.
