Penn state and the University of Pittsburgh are good. Some of the other schools that have the best programs are texas, Stanford, Arizona State, Virginia, Ohio State, USC, and Auburn.
I would definatly say Indiana, Purdue, Texas, Duke, USC, and Miami have the best right now. This is DIVING programs NOT swimming. The best coaches are at DUKE and INDIANA for sure, the highest outcome of divers and they can produce anyone.
The University of California has an amazaing diving program. This program has provided students with a strong groundwork to lead them through life, starting with the strong-willed and loving coaching staff that is truly dedicated to the students and their development into strong successful individuals.
There are several great NCAA programs nationwide. One school that claims to have an excellent program is Texas A&M. The claim to have one of the most successful female diving programs in the county. Another school is Pudue.
The two best schools traditionally for NCAA diving (in terms of championships), are the University of Indiana (Hoosiers) and the University of California (Golden Bears). Another is the University of Texas (Longhorns).
