There are a lot of springboard diving camps that are actually held locally in your community or town in which you live in. You may want to just try some of your local diving companys in town and they will let you know if they could offer that type of service. These also tend to be cheaper than actual camps.

It is not uncommon to have irregular periods. Spotting or light flowing periods could be an idication of pregnancy. If you have blood in your urine, though, you should probably see a doctor.

Depending on the location of where you live I would check out your local sports center. I would also check out your local swimming pool area. Many offer these programs through out the year. Best of Luck.
