When does "Killer Instinct" come out for Nintendo?

Killer Instinct was released in 1995 for the Super Nintendo and original Game Boy. The sequel was on the Nintendo 64. They may be released in the future on Xbox Live Arcade, because they were developed by Rare, who was bought by Microsoft. It is unlikely that the original game, or its sequel, will appear on the Wii.

Originally released on the Super Nintendo and the Nintendo 64 after that, Killer Instinct has been rumored to come back to the current gen consoles. However, due to the fact that this was a very popular NINTENDO game it will most likely be released on NINTENDO'S current console, the Wii.

A sequel to Killer Instinct or Killer Instinct 2 will not come out on Nintendo. Rare is owned by Microsoft so a new company would have to take its place.

"Killer Instinct" has already been released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System on August 1st, 1995. It is a fighting game developed by Rareware and published by Nintendo.
